Produced with the best sustainable Merlot, Lagrein and Rebo grapes selected in our vineyard cultivated with Trentino pergola with production in controlled quantities. The microclimate, particularly mild and ventilated, favors the perfect ripening of the grapes and allows to obtain a harmonious wine with good structure.
After the grapes are crushed and destemmed, the must is fermented on the skin for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature of around 25 ° C and drawn off without pressing. Before bottling, the wine is briefly aged in tonneaux.
Alcoholic content: 13% vol.
Color: deep ruby red.
Bouquet: intense, complex, fruity with a light note of wood.
Taste: full, well structured, harmonious and persistent.
