Grappa obtained from the selection of the best red pomace and subsequent distillation of the individual varieties with the traditional alembic in a bain-marie. The various distillates are aged separately in steel for 10 years. The assembly of the distillates takes place with a particular and careful selection both on a gustatory and qualitative level and on an analytical level.
