THE DATA CONTROLLER

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The “controller” of their processing is Casimiro for the protection of personal data, which is based in Via di Maiano, 43, 38096, Santa Massenza, TN, Italy.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING PLACE

The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at Casimiro and is only handled by technical personnel of the office in charge of processing, or by any personnel in charge of maintenance operations.
Personal data provided by users who request the sending of information material (bulletins, CD-ROMs, newsletters, annual reports, answers to questions, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of providing the service or assistance requested and are disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data
During normal operations, the IT systems and software procedures that operate this web site collect some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected with the intent of associating it with identified users but, by its nature, it could lead to the identification of users through processing and association with data held by third parties.
This category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used to connect to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code indicating the server response status (successful, error etc.) and other parameters pertaining to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the Website and to check that it functions correctly; they are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of any computer crimes against the website: currently, except for this possibility, data concerning web contacts are not stored for more than seven days.

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the messages.
Specific summarised data will be progressively shown or displayed on the website pages dedicated to particular services requested.

VOLUNTARY NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA

Apart from that which has been detailed in regards to browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in application forms or indicated in contacts with the Business Office to request the dispatching of information material or other possible communications.

Failure to provide data may make it impossible to obtain the requested service.

For the sake of completeness, it should be recalled that in some cases (excluded from the routine management of this website), the Authority may request news and information under Art. 13 of European Regulation 679/2016, for data processing control purposes. In these cases, a reply is compulsory, under penalty of a fine.

COMMUNICATION OF DATA NECESSARY FOR COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS OR SERVICES

To perform some services of the site, data necessary for performing normal commercial and service activities may be requested.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FROM THE SITE

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of data for the request for information from the site in the forms on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, name and surname, origin and telephone number. These data are necessary for responding to requests made.

PROCESSING METHOD

Personal data are processed by automated tools only for the time strictly required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In order to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use of data and unauthorised access, specific security measures have been implemented.

RIGHTS OF THOSE CONCERNED
