It is produced with sustainable grapes from its own vineyards where, thanks to the favorable microclimate and ideal location, it is able to best express its typical qualities. It is the only native white grape of Trentino and the low yield per hectare helps to create an authentic wine for connoisseurs and enthusiasts.
Traditional white vinification with soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
Color: straw yellow, lightly loaded with greenish hues.
Bouquet: fine and delicate, with a faint hint of hazelnut.
Taste: dry, pleasantly fresh, harmonious and fine.
