L’Origine is a white wine with a unique imprint, the result of the skilful fusion of two fundamental factors: on the one hand the traditional harvest done by hand, on the other hand innovation with the use of three varieties resistant to fungal diseases, the which allow to avoid treatments and chemicals thanks to their induced resistance. It is a sustainable wine, created with respect for the man who drinks it and for the land that hosts it.
Traditional white vinification and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C in stainless steel.
Production is limited, in particular in the 2018 vintage 933 bottles were produced.
Solaris, Bronner, Johanniter vines resistant to fungal diseases of the vine that do not require any pesticide treatment.
The grape harvest is done manually, through the selection of the best grapes, after having selected grape by grape.
Our vineyards are located to the east in the Cavedine Valley at 600 meters above sea level, at the foot of the Dolomites and Lake Garda. The cool climate and the marked temperature range make it possible to concentrate all the aromas and flavors typical of these varieties. The training system is the guyot while the yield per hectare is 45 q.li/ha.
Alcoholic content: 13% vol.
Color: deep straw yellow
Bouquet: intense, complex, rich in floral and fruity notes such as mango, papaya and peach.
Taste: intense, fresh, harmonious, persistent, enveloping and balanced, also endowed with a pleasant sapidity.
It goes well with fresh and blue cheeses, pasta dishes with vegetable-based dressings (e.g. aubergines), but also with fish such as trout and char.
METHOD OF CONSUMPTION
In order to better appreciate it, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 10-12 ° C. Any deposit in the bottle is an indication of the genuineness of the product.
