Rosso Massenza


Red wine produced with the MERLOT grapes of its vineyards produced in a controlled quantity. The microclimate, particularly mild and ventilated, favors the perfect ripening of the grapes and allows to obtain a pleasant, structured and persistent wine.

Winemaking:

After pressing the grapes, the must is fermented in contact with the skin at a controlled temperature for about 10-12 days, then drained without pressing.
