It is produced with the sustainable grapes of its own vineyards where, thanks to its favorable microclimate and ideal position, it is able to express its typical qualities to its best. It is the only white autochthonous grape of Trentino and the low yield per hectare helps to create an authentic wine for expert and enthusiasts.

Traditional white vinification with soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C.
