Lagrein Trentino DOC


Produced with the best sustainable grapes of Lagrein from our vineyard and produced in a controlled quantity. The microclimate, a special mite and ventilated, favors the perfect ripening of the grapes and allows to obtain wine with a good structure, spicy with fruity notes.

Winemaking:

After pressing the grapes, the must is fermented on the skin for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature of around 25°C and poured out without pressing. Before bottling, the wine is briefly refined in tonneaux.
