Filari Schiava Gentile
It is produced with a careful selection
of the schiava’s grapes, grown in the hilly area of S. Massenza,
obtaining a lovable and elegant wine.
Short maceration in contact with the
skins and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-22° C to
protect its light and fruity perfume.
