Deorum Vino Spumante Brut


Produced with the sustainable Müller Thurgau grapes grown in the Valle di Cavedine where the soil is alkaline (rock, chalky) presented by a good source and accentuated temperature range between day and night.

Winemaking:

From the white vinification of the base wine follows a refermentation in autoclave.

straw yellow with greenish reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage
