Moscato Rosa

The pomace of Moscato Rosa’s grapes are distilled as soon as they are drawn off in the field, to keep all the fragrance of the mark. The distillation is made with a discontinuous bain-marie alembic, thus obtaining a fine brandy. This presents a very delicate scent of rose petals and an elegant, refined, harmonious flavour and a persistent aftertaste. Produced in limited quantities.
